For this week, we decided to introduce some of the team members here at Rhino HQ with a dramatic push in shot. We wanted to show that when using camera movement, you can make even the most mundane settings look cinematic. We used Rhino Motion and Rhino Arc to pull off this look. Somethings we did to ensure a cinematic push shot:
- Used 42" Rhino Slider Evo instead of 24" (longer slide gives more movement)
- Pulled focus as we slide down the rails (this may take a couple tries. On camera monitors help a bunch!)
- Used a more dramatic audio track

Thanks for watching the fifth episode to our series “Move with Rhino”. We want to help other filmmakers gain inspiration or give them tips on different types of shots. Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for weekly uploads and updates. Now let’s go film.

If you want to know which gear we used to shoot this video and most of our films, we have provided the links below. Just remember, that aside from all the gear, the most important part of filming is the story. Good luck!

Whats in our video bag?
We get a lot of questions asking us which gear we bring to our shoots. In this video, we break it all down and show each item we film with.
