Center Tracking Shot
For this week, we went to Fire Horse Forge (Ballard, WA) and visited a very talented blacksmith. We had the opportunity to shoot his story and get some sweet slow-motion footage of what he does. In this episode we used Rhino Motion and Rhino Arc to track a subject while keeping it in the center. Some tips before doing this shot:
- Pull focus before recording the shot (subject should be in focus at all times)
- Set up the Rhino Arc move before recording
- Don't sweep too quickly (if the move is too quick, it will make it less cinematic)
