Note: International customers are still welcome to participate in the Switch & Save promotion, we just ask that you cover the shipping cost to send it in.

As soon as your old slider arrives and is processed, we will reach out via email with your $500 discount code to be used on a future purchase.

Email support@rhinocg.com with the weight (including the slider) and the dimensions (L x W x H) of the box you will be using to send it in. If you are in the US, we will email you a prepaid label upon verification of your initial order. If you are international, reach out to us to let us know you will be participating in the promotion and we will give you a claim # to use for reference when sending in your slider. International customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Unfortunately we are only able to provide the promotion in the form of a discount code. This code can not be applied retroactively to the initial order.

The Switch and Save program is limited to orders placed directly through our website and unfortunately does not extend to our dealers at this time.

A full slider must be sent in for the promotion (legs, rails, carriage). Cosmetic damage is okay. (scratches, dents, etc)

This discount code does not have an expiration date and can be used on multiple items, but is limited to one order.

We are only able to offer one discount per customer and initial qualifying order.

No, Arc II must be purchased to participate in the promotion.
